  • Step :3Choose MailData and locate the below files:

  • Step :7Make a copy of them to your desktop, and then delete the original Envelope file in MailData. If it works, delete the files on your desktop.

TRY THE APP IN SAFE MODE

Starting the Mac in Safe Mode helps to identify and address certain issues.

  • Step :2Leave a few seconds gap and turn it on again. Press and holds the power button approximately for 10 seconds.
