On this page, we shall discuss eM Client auto forwarding of emails.
In eM Client, you can easily set automatic mail forwarding. That is, you can set rules in eM Client such that the emails from a particular email address are forwarded to another address. These rules will especially be helpful in certain cases where you get emails from a specific email address and you want another person (might be your friend) to read all of those emails.
It would be wise to set automatic mail forwarding on your email server itself. If you perform this task, your emails will be forwarded to your friend even under the following circumstances:
Even if you do not open eM Client.
Even if you utilize a different email client at some stage during the day.
Now, follow these instructions to perform eM Client auto forwarding:
NOTE: We will be auto-forwarding the emails using the Rules feature in eM Client.
Step : 1 Launch eM Client on your computer/device.
Step : 2 Navigate to Menu and then choose the Tools option.
Step : 3 Click on Rules.
Step : 4 The Rules window will pop up. Several options will be displayed in this window.
Step : 5 You can create new rules and also edit/manage the existing ones in the Rules window. You even have the facility to move the rules up or down.
Step : 6 Now, you can create a new rule for the auto forwarding of emails from a particular email address. To do the same, click on the New rule... button and continue with the steps for the eM Client auto forwarding of emails.
