Delete the emails stuck in the Outbox folder:

  • Step : 1 Start the Microsoft Outlook email client.
  • Step : 2 Go to the Send/Receive tab and then select the Work Offline option.
  • Step : 3 Navigate to the Outbox folder, select all the emails in it, and move them to the Drafts folder.
  • Step : 4 Click the Send/Receive tab again and remove the checkmark next to the Work Offline option.
