Windows Live Mail enables you to create simple text signatures or HTML signatures that include images, logos, and links to your email. You can create a signature and add it automatically to all the emails you send or add it manually to individual messages. SetUp Email Signature In Windows Live Mail
Step :1Select the Start menu at the bottom of your computer’s main screen.
Step :2Now, launch the Windows Live Mail application.
Step :3Click the Drop-down List icon at the top-left corner of the window.
Step :4Select the Options category from the list in the left menu panel.
Step :5Choose the Mail option from the submenu.
Step :6Now, click on the Signatures tab at the top of the window.

Step :8Go to the Signatures section and click the New button. Now, this will create a new signature called “Signature #1.”
Step :9If this is the first email signature you are creating in Windows Live Mail, it will be taken as the default signature.
Step :10Now, go to the Edit Signature section and choose any one of the below options.
Step :11Text: Select this option and input the text you would like to appear as your signature. But no formatting option is available here.
Step :12File: Choose this option and click the Browse button. Now, select the HTML file that contains your formatted signature.
Step :13Here, you can import an HTML file that can include formatting options like color, font style, font size to your email signature.
Step :14Click the OK button.
Step :15Now, you can complete the email signature setup in your Windows Live Mail application by following the above instructions.
Add Email Signature To Outgoing Messages
Step : 1 Once you have completed the email signature setup, you can insert it into all the outgoing emails from your account.
Step : 2 Now, go to the main screen of the Windows Live Mail application and click the Email message tab at the top-left corner of the window.
Step : 3 Enter the recipient’s email address into the To field and type the message inside the text field.
Step : 4 Now, click the Insert option at the top of the window.

Add Email Signature To A Particular Mail Account
In case you’ve configured more than one email account in your Windows Live Mail application, but want to add an email signature to a particular mail account, follow the below instructions.
Step :1Launch the Windows Live Mail application on your computer.

Step :4Click on the Mail option from the submenu.
