Remove Rules In Outlook Web App

Learn how to remove rules in the Outlook Web app.

A rule is an action that enables you to manage the incoming and outgoing emails as per your needs. For example, if you want to automatically delete all the messages with “Buy Now,” you can create an inbox rule and save it. Once the rule is saved, the new email message that you receive with Buy Now will be automatically deleted from the Inbox folder.

You can also create, edit or delete rules in the Outlook Web app as per your needs. If you find an inbox rule is no longer needed, you can remove it.
