  • Step : 1 Right-click the mailbox name of the Outlook application and select the option that reads Folder Permissions.
  • Step : 2 Click on the Add button.
  • Step : 3 Select the person you want to permit to share the Outlook folder and press the OK button. 
  • Step : 4 Select the person's name and choose the appropriate permissions from the Permission Level drop-down list. (e.g., Owner, Contributor...). 
  • Step : 5 You can review the rights recommended to the mailbox level. 
  • Step : 6 The visible folder option must be selected, click the OK button.
  • Step : 7 Now, you can allow permission to the actual mail folders. Right-click on the folders that you wish to share, which also includes the calenders and other applications.
  • Step : 8 Click on the Properties or Sharing Permissions folder(varies on different Outlook versions). 
  • Step : 9 Click on the Add button.
  • Step : 10 You can select the person you want to share the information from the contacts menu and then press the OK button.
