Step : 2 On the Run command dialog box, type Outlook.exe/file and then click OK.
Step : 3 Start performing the task without any hindrances.

Using the Index Repair Tool in Outlook, you can look for the rebuilding index option and check your indexed items' location. It fixes the Search problem.
Step : 1 Launch Outlook on your Windows computer.
Step : 2 Navigate to SearchTools.
Step : 3 From there, select IndexingStatus. The Indexing Status dialog box appears on the screen and confirms the indexed items.
Step : 4 You can also check your Index locations and select Microsoft Outlook as a location if it is not selected. Rebuild the search using the SearchTools action. It brings back the Outlook search on the correct line.
