Step 1: Open a web browser.
Step 2:Sign in to your HubSpot account.

Step 6: Scroll down the Email Integrations window and click the Connect an inbox button.
Step 7: In the Choose your email provider dialog box, click on the Office 365 option followed by the Continue button.

Step 10: Once it is done, a dialog box displaying that your Outlook account is connected to

Step 11: You can also find two buttons, Download Extension and No, thanks, in the dialog box. If you wish to access your CRM from the sales store, then click the Download Extension button and follow the on-screen instructions. Otherwise, click the No, thanks button.
Step 12: You can see your connected Outlook account in the Email Integration window, and from now on, all the messages that you receive in Outlook can be accessed from HubSpot.
