Hubspot Mac Mail Integration

HubSpot is a software that offers tools for social media marketing, content management, web analytics, and landing pages. If you are looking for the HubSpot Mac Mail integration, this is a hard time for Apple Mail users because HubSpot announced previously that it no longer supports Apple Mail. Apple does not provide support for any resources for third-party developers to create Apple Mail add-ons. However, you can use Threads – designed as a shared inbox and automatically ingest your company’s emails in a single private database.   • On your Mac, log in to your Threads account and click on the profile icon at the top-right corner.

  • Select the Link to Hubspot option from the drop-down list.

  • Now, you will be directed to your HubSpot account and to log in.
  • Click the Grant Access button to allow access for integration.

  • Once your HubSpot account has been integrated with Threads, you will be redirected to Threads.
  • To sync historic emails into HubSpot, create a company first.
  • Enter your company’s name, owner’s name, and domain in the required fields and click the Create Company button.

  • Next, link contacts with Threads and create a deal.
  • Once you have completed creating contacts and deals, leave the rest to Threads.
  • Check if your emails relating to the deal, including all historical emails, are automatically added to HubSpot.

  • Threads will automatically sync the email messages sent or received on your HubSpot account.
