  • Step : 1 Start the Microsoft Outlook email client on your computer.
  • Step : 2 Go to the File tab, navigate to the Account Information section, and select the Add Account option.
  • Step : 3 When you see the ‘Auto Account Setup’ window on the screen, select the ‘Manual setup or additional server types’ option and click the Next option.
