If you encounter this error code while using the Internet Explorer browser, modify its settings to default, and then try to send or save the mail.

  • Open the Run dialog box.
  • Type the inetcpl.cpl command and tap Enter.
  • Choose Internet option.
  • You can find the junk files. Select and delete all the junk files.
  • Now, navigate to the Protection tab.
  • Restore the settings to default.
  • Similarly, clear all the details in the Advanced tab.
