Step : 1 Open the Outlook application and go to the File menu at the top left corner of the screen.
Step : 2 Select the Add Account option from the displayed list.
Step : 3 Click Manual setup or additional server types.
Step : 4 Select POP or IMAP as the account type.
Step : 5 When the Account Settings page appears, you can enter the following details.
Step : 6 In the User Information field, type your name and full email address.
Step : 7 Enter the email address in the Username section.
Step : 8 If you selected IMAP as the account type, enter the Incoming mail server address as 127.0.0.1.
Step : 9 Enter the port number for the incoming server as 1143. In the SSL/TLS section, select No as the encryption type.
Step : 10 Choose the authentication type as password.
Step : 11 In the Outgoing mail server section, type the SMTP address as 127.0.0.1.
Step : 12 Enter the SMTP port number as 1025 to configure your email account with ProtonMail server SMTP settings.
Step : 13 Type your email address as your username.
Step : 14 Enter your email account password and checkmark the Remember password box if required.
Step : 15 Select the authentication method using password.
Step : 16 When prompted to require login using secure password authentication, click No.
Step : 17 Click on the Next button.
Step : 18 Wait until Outlook configures your email account.
