Roundcube is a browser-based email client known for built-in sieve filtering technology. This interface enables you to create filtering rules. On your roundcube, you can create rules through the filters option. This article elaborates on the procedure of creating rules in the Roundcube email client. Start adding filter rules
Step : 1Open the Roundcube webmail on your computer. Now, click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step : 2In the Settings section, click the Filters option.
Step : 3In the Filters section, click the + button at the bottom.
Step : 4Now, you can start adding the filters just as you prefer.
Step : 5If you want to move a message to a specific folder, choose the Move Message to option and select the respective folder in the drop-down menu.
Step : 6If you want to make a copy of your messages, choose Copy message to and select the folder to which you prefer to copy the messages.
Step : 7If you want to redirect any email to your recipients, choose the Redirect message to option and enter the recipient’s email address to which you want to redirect an email address.
Step : 8If you wish to send a copy of your email to the specific recipient, choose the Send message copy to option and enter the particular email address to which you wish to send your email’s copy.
Step : 9In the same manner, you can choose various options and filters from the drop-down menu. You can also add and remove flags for each message.
Step : 10Other than the specified filters, there are a number of rules and filters that are available with roundcube webmail. Choose the filter rules according to your preference. In case you want to remove a filter from your roundcube webmail, go to Settings > Filters. Choose the specific rule you prefer to remove and click the – symbol.
