Fix: Zoho Mail Not Receiving Emails From Gmail

Solution 1: Disable and enable Gmail integration
Step : 1 In the Zoho Mail CRM, navigate to Settings Integrations Other Apps.
Step : 2 On the Other Apps page, navigate to the Google section.
Step : 3 Click on Disable Integration next to Gmail account.
Step : 5 Restart your browser and log in to your Zoho Mail CRM again.
Step : 6 Go to Settings Integrations Other Apps.
Step : 7 Click on Enable Integration next to Google.
Step : 8 Select the Gmail account option and click Connect.
Step : 9 Choose your Gmail account and click Allow.
Step : 10 Make sure that you type the correct name, email address, username, country, and address while integrating your Gmail account.

Solution 2: Reintegrate Gmail with Zoho CRM
Step : 1 Log in to your Gmail account and click the Settings icon at the top-right corner of the page.
Step : 2 Choose Settings from the drop-down list.
Step : 3 Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab if you haven’t enabled forwarding for POP.
Step : 4 Choose the Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on option.
Step : 5 Select what you wish to do with your messages and save the settings by clicking the Save Changes button.
Step : 6 Now, log in to your Zoho CRM.
Step : 7 Click on Settings Setup Channels Email.
Step : 8 Select the POP (Zoho Mail) option and click Configure Now on the Zoho Mail Add-on page.
Step : 9 Click the Add Mail Account link and select Add POP3 Account.
Step : 10 Enter your account details and server settings in the required fields.
Step : 11 Click the Test Account button to authenticate the details provided.
Step : 12 Click Create Account Save.
Step : 13 Finally, configure the Zoho Mail Add-on.
Step : 14 Now, your Gmail account will be integrated into the Zoho Mail CRM.
