Is your Zoho Mail not syncing with Outlook 2016/2019? Probably this might be due to incorrect server settings. Before you begin the troubleshooting process, verify that you have enabled IMAP or POP access for your Zoho Mail by following these steps.
Step : 1Log in to your Zoho Mail account and click the Settings tab.
Step : 2Click on Personalize → Email Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Step : 3Under IMAP Access, ensure that you have selected the Enable option if you are configuring an IMAP account.
Step : 4For POP account, verify that you have selected the Enable for all messages option in the POP Access section.
Step : 5If your Zoho Mail is not syncing with Outlook even though the IMAP or POP access is enabled, troubleshoot the email account in the Outlook app.

Step : 1On your computer, launch the Outlook app and click the File menu.
Step : 2Select Info and click Account Settings twice.
Step : 3In the Email tab, choose your Zoho Mail account and click the Change button.
Step : 4Alternatively, double-click your email account to change.
Step : 5On the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen, verify that you have entered the correct email address in the Email Address field below User Information.
Step : 6Under Server Information, check whether you have selected the correct account type.
Step : 7If you have selected IMAP, ensure that you have entered ‘imap.zoho.in’ in the Incoming server field.
Step : 8For POP accounts, the incoming mail server name should be entered as ‘pop.zoho.in’ in the Incoming server field.
Step : 9in the Logon Information section, check whether you have entered the correct email address and password in the User Name and Password fields.
Step : 10If these settings are not correct, your Zoho Mail will not be syncing with Outlook.
Step : 11Next, click on More Settings and move to the Outgoing Server tab.
Ensure that the following options are selected:
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Use same settings as my incoming server
Step : 12Head to the Advanced tab and check the server ports.
Step : 13If you have enabled SSL for the encrypted connection, secure server ports should be selected in the Incoming server and Outgoing server fields.
Step : 14Click OK and select Test Account Settings on the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen.
Step : 15Once your account settings are verified, click Next and then select Finish.
Step : 16Restart your computer and relaunch the Outlook app.
