Zoho Mail is one of the free web-based email services. You can configure the POP or IMAP Zoho Mail account in any email client with the help of these server settings.

  • Incoming mail server (POP):
  • Server port (POP): 995
  • Incoming mail server (IMAP):
  • Server port (IMAP): 993
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
  • Server port (SMTP): 465 or 587

The Zoho Outlook setup is quite simple if you follow the quick steps given below.

  • Before configuring your Zoho Mail account on your Outlook app, open the default browser on your computer.
  • Visit the official Zoho sign-in page and log in to your email account with the correct login credentials.
  • Click on Settings and select Mail Accounts > POP.
  • Select the POP Access checkbox to configure your account as a POP account on Outlook.
  • If you wish to use an IMAP account, select Mail Accounts > IMAP Access.
  • Next, launch the Outlook app on your computer and click the File menu at the top-left corner.
  • Select the Info option from the left-side panel and click on Add Account.
  • Choose the ‘Manual setup or additional server types’ radio button and click the Next button.
  • On the Choose Service screen, select the POP or IMAP option and click Next.
  • In the Add Account window, fill the User Information, Server Information, and Logon Information details.
  • Go to the User Information section, give a name for your email account in the Your name field and type in your email address in the Email Address field.
  • In the Server Information section, choose either POP or IMAP as your account type from the drop-down menu.
  • Input the incoming mail server name and outgoing mail server name in the required fields for your account type.
  • Under Logon Information, enter your email address and password.
  • Click on More Settings and head to the Outgoing Server tab.
  • Select the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox and ensure that the Use same settings as my incoming server radio button is enabled.
  • Move on to the Advanced tab and enter the server ports.
  • Make sure to choose SSL/TLS from both the drop-down menus.
  • Click OK and select Test Account Settings in the Add Account window to verify the configured server settings.
  • Finally, click Close to complete the Zoho Outlook setup.
